Ora okarone chanchal.
Daale daale dole Baayuhillole Nabo pallobadol.
Chhoraye chhoraye jhikimiki aalo
Dike dike oraa ki khela khelalo,
Marmarotaane praane Oraa aane Koishorokolahol.
Ora kaan pete shone gagone gagone
Nirabero kaanakaani,
Nilimaro kon baani.
Oraa praanojharonaar uchhal dhaar, Jhoriya jhoriya bohe anibaar,
Chiro taposini dharonir Oraa Shyamoshikha homanol.
ওরা অকারণে চঞ্চল ।
ডালে ডালে দোলে বায়ুহিল্লোলে নব পল্লবদল ॥
ছড়ায়ে ছড়ায়ে ঝিকিমিকি আলো
দিকে দিকে ওরা কী খেলা খেলালো,
মর্মরতানে প্রাণে ওরা আনে কৈশোরকোলাহাল ॥
ওরা কান পেতে শোনে গগনে গগনে
নীরবের কানাকানি,
নীলিমার কোন্ বাণী ।
ওরা প্রাণঝরনার উচ্ছল ধার, ঝরিয়া ঝরিয়া বহে অনিবার,
চির তাপসিনী ধরণীর ওরা শ্যামশিখা হোমানল ॥
Translation
For no reason they are unease.
Sway on twigs as swings the breeze-the new leaves.
Sparkles of light they scatter and shower;
What playful spirit they spread everywhere,
In whispering tunes; in life they induce youth's noises.
They eavesdrop to skies and horizon.
The silent whispers-
Azure's unknown voices.
They are surging fountain of vigor, cascade and shower forever.
Of forever ascetic-the mother earth, they are the holy pyres.
