জীবন কোন্ পথে চলিছে নাহি জানি ॥
নিশিদিন হেনভাবে আর কতকাল যাবে;

Translation
Where are you, I am where;
Where life takes me, I don't know.
How long shall night and day pass this way;
O' lord of the poor, me, at your feet please tow.
