মন নিয়ে খেলা করো এ কি ছলনা
ঘরে এসে যাও দূরে যাও তবু হয়না
ফূলে কাঁটা সয়ে যদি মনে কেন সয়না
মরিচিকা হয়ে জ্বলো তারা হয়ে জ্বলোনা
ভুলে থাকা যেতো যদি ভালো হতো হয়তো
তাও কিগো ভরে নদী মরু হয়ে যাএ গো
সাগরেরও পথে তারে ডেকে নিয়ে চলনা

Translation
With eyes-gazes you utter, with lips you utter never.
With heart you play, why this illusion, I wonder.
You come near and go far yet can't go away.
If flowers can bear pain of thorns why heart can't, I pray.
You glow like illusion; like stars never.
If I could disremember forever, maybe it'd have been better.
Does ever fills a river once which became arid and bare.
You beckon it to path of ocean with you together.
