Nityaya Shuddhaya Digambaraya Tasmai "Na"Karaya Namah Shivaya ॥
नागेन्द्रहाराय त्रिलोचनाय भस्माङ्गरागाय महेश्वराय ।
नित्याय शुद्धाय दिगम्बराय तस्मै 'न'काराय नम:शिवाय ॥
নাগেন্দ্রহারায় ত্রিলোচনায় ভস্মাঙ্গরাগায় মহেশ্বরায়।
নিত্য়ায় শুদ্ধায় দিগম্বরায় তস্মৈ “ন” কারায় নমঃ শিবায় ॥

মন্দাকিনী সলিল চন্দন চর্চিতায় নন্দীশ্বর প্রমথনাথ মহেশ্বরায় ।
মন্দার মুখ্য় বহুপুষ্প সুপূজিতায় তস্মৈ “ম” কারায় নমঃ শিবায় ॥

शिवाय गौरीवदनाब्जवृन्दसूर्याय दक्षाध्वरनाशकाय ।
श्रीनीलकण्ठाय बृषध्वजाय तस्मै 'शि'काराय नम:शिवाय ॥
শিবায় গৌরী বদনাব্জ বৃন্দ সূর্য়ায় দক্ষাধ্বর নাশকায়।
শ্রী নীলকণ্ঠায় বৃষভধ্বজায় তস্মৈ “শি” কারায় নমঃ শিবায়॥

বশিষ্ঠ কুম্ভোদ্ভব গৌতমার্য় মুনীন্দ্র দেবার্চিত শেখরায়।
চন্দ্রার্ক বৈশ্বানর লোচনায় তস্মৈ “ব” কারায় নমঃ শিবায় ॥

यक्षस्वरूपाय जटाधराय पिनाकहस्ताय सनातनाय ।
दिव्याय देवाय दिगम्बराय तस्मै 'य'काराय नम:शिवाय ॥
য়ক্স্বষরূপায় জটাধরায় পিনাক হস্তায় সনাতনায় ।
দিব্য়ায় দেবায় দিগম্বরায় তস্মৈ “য়” কারায় নমঃ শিবায় ॥

Shivalokamavapnoti Shivena Saha Modate॥
पञ्चाक्षरिमदं पुण्यं य: पठेच्छिवसन्निधौ ।
शिवलोकमवाप्नोति शिवेन सह मोदते ॥
পঞ্চাক্ষরমিদং পুণ্য়ং য়ঃ পঠেচ্ছিব সন্নিধৌ।
শিবলোকমবাপ্নোতি শিবেন সহ মোদতে॥

TRANSLATION
Nape of whose is adorned by king of snakes, the three eyed-ashes clad-the god supreme.
Forever pure-forever naked, the "Na" phonation, my salutations to thee.
Mother Ganges whose body continually bathes, sanctified by sandal paste, guarded by bull-the god supreme.
Worshiped by coral flowers and many more, the "Ma" phonation, my salutations to thee.
"Siva" is peace personified-"The Sun" who makes "The Lotus-Gauri" bloom, the protector of her wife Gauri.
The blue necked-hails 'the bull-banner', the "Si" phonation, my salutations to thee.
Vasishthha, Agastya, Gautami and other learned sages worshiped him, so also the other deities.
The moon, the sun and the fire constitute his three eyes, the "Va" phonation, my salutations to thee.
"Yaksha- is one his forms, adorned with tufted-knotted hairs, wielding the divine bow, the god-primitive.
The brilliant-the naked pristine, the "Ya" phonation, my salutations to thee.
