Na Shivale na Kalisa na Haram jhoothhe hain

Bas yahi sach hai ke tum jhuthhe ho hum jhuthhe hain

Humne dekha hee nahi bolte unko ab taq

Kaun kehta hai ke pathar ke sanam jhuthhe hain

Unse miliye to khushi hoti hai unse milkar

Shahar ke dusre logon se jo kam jhuthhe hain

Kuch to hai baat jo tehriro me taasir nahi

Jhuthhe fanqaar nahi hai to kalam jhuthhe hain

न शिवाले न कालिस न हरम झूठे हैं,

बस यही सच है के तुम झूठे हो हम झूठे हैं,

हमने देखा ही नहीं बोलते उनको अब तक,

कौन कहता है के पत्थर के सनम झूठे हैं,

उनसे मिलिए तो ख़ुशी होती है उनसे मिलकर,

शहर के दुसरे लोगों से जो कम झूठे हैं,

कुछ तो है बात जो तहरीरों में तासीर नहीं,

झूठे फनकार नहीं हैं तो कलम झूठे हैं..

Translation

Neither the temples nor the Khalisa nor the Haram are false.

The only true statement is that, you are false, I am false.

I have never seen them speaking.

Who says that the stone idols are false.

Meeting with them gives me some pleasure.

Those people who as compared with others are less false.

There has to be something that writings do not have effect.

Not the writers but it seems their pens are false.

না শিবালয়, না খালিশ, না হরম মিথ্যে

এই শুধু সত্য, যে তুমি মিথ্যে। আমি মিথ্যে।। 

কোনদিন দেখিনি তাদের কথা বলতে   

কে বলেছে, পাথরের ঈশ্বর মিথ্যে।।

তাদের দেখা পেলে ভালো লাগে কথা বলে 

শহরের অন্যদের থেকে এরা কম মিথ্যে।।    

কিছু তো হয়েছে যে লেখাগুলিতে আর প্রভাব নাই 

লেখক মিথ্যে নয় তাহলে কলম মিথ্যে।।
