Translation
Gitimalya-1
Where the night falls and meets-
Beyond the horizon of the day;
There we did meet,
On the banks of that bay.
It is there; where the black and the white-
Diffuses-And also the dark and the light.
It is there, hither and thither-
The waves run away.
In between the blue, still blue silence-
Resounded a deep voice.
And suddenly to golden rays-
It gave rise.
I wish to look up to your face;
I see that I can't see.
With dreams I remain awake-
Incessantly I cry and pray.
