मन में झूम कहूँगा मैं माँ इतनी जळी क्या है?
गली गली में तेरे राज्दुलारे की चर्चा है
आखिर कोई तो आयेगा इन नैनों की गाँव में

Translation
A small house we'll have under cloud's shades.
With such hopes my flute I play.
We all will shine in township of shining galaxy.
The sparkles of eyes console us always.
On seat of silver shall sit my lovely sister.
On throne of gold shall rule my dear mother.
What of me, on feet of my mother shall I lay.
My younger sister-raised like a princess.
I'll marry her off at my earliest.
Its better to see her off to a different locale.
Bring new bride for this house is lonely, my mother would say.
I'd cheer in my heart but " why so early?" I would say.
Tales of your prince is on lips of people in every lane and by-lanes.
After all, someone has to fall in love in skeins of my eyes.
