Paare loye jaao aamay. 
Aami opaar hoye boshe achhi Ohe Dayamay. 

Aami eka royilaam ghaate 
Bhanu se boshilo paate. 
Tomaa bine ghor sankate, na dekhi upaay 

Naai aamar bhajan sadhon. 
Chirodin kupothe gaman. 
Naam sunechhi patit pabon, taayite dei dohaayi. 

Agati'r na dile gati. 
Oi naame robe okhyati. 
Lalon koye okuler pati, ke bolbe tomaye. 

পারে লয়ে যাও আমায়। 
আমি অপার হয়ে বসে আছি ওহে দয়াময়।। 

আমি একা রইলাম ঘাটে 
ভানু সে বসিলো পাটে 
তোমা বিনে ঘোর সংকটে না দেখি উপায়।। 

নাই আমার ভজন সাধন 
চিরদিন কুপথে গমন। 
নাম শুনেছি পতিত পাবন, তাইতে দেই দোহাই।। 

অগতির না দিলে গতি 
ঐ নামে রবে অখ্যাতি 
লালন কয় অকুলের পতি, কে বলবে তোমায়।।

Translation

Please help me cross over. 
O' merciful, in vastness I am embedded here. 

At the quay I sit alone. 
Behind the hills the sun sits alone. 
Without you I feel severe danger, do not know the cure. 

Have no good deeds or any prayer. 
Always I walked on paths improper. 
I heard the name deliverer of the sinner, hence my prayer. 

To homeless if you don't provide shelter. 
A bad name you'll earn for you forever. 
Says the poet Lalon, rescuer of forlorn who will call you ever
